Description:

This is a submod for Divide et Impera that halves the amount of turns to build all city structures (excepting ones that took 2 turns to build by default, that being the default-lowest build time) and research times for all pieces of tech (excepting the Reform purple techs that already took only a single turn to research).

This mod is incompatible with TPY submods.

The mod is best used alongside the No Public Order Garisson Negative and Reduced Unit Cost/Upkeep Submods to achieve a similar-to-vanilla campaign pace.

The mod is save-friendly. Only bug found in my tests is that if you had a technology being researched that would already be complete if you had this mod (IE: Vanilla DeI tech costs 2000, you used 1500 research points on it but the mod lowers the cost to 1000), the Turns-Until-Completion counter will bug and show a ludicrous number (mine showed 1997 turns until completion), however if you advance one turn while researching it, the tech will be awarded to you like normal.

If you run into any bugs with this submod, do report them to me in a detailed fashion (IE: What your civ was, what turn you were in, what were you doing when it happened, what other mods you have alongside, etc.)
