Inspired by someone’s bizarre culture issue on Reddit (Old Saxon instead of English for William). Introducing new culture decisions similar to that of the Normans in England.
Update: added Visigothic Culture to the decisions, boosted the Prestige and Renown of reclaiming Rome, and changed the global flag so you can only ever take one of these decisions.
