Description:

Adds 10 new ABSTRACT ”currencies” that are generated by vanilla outposts, which are redeemed at a special workstation for packages of items. This is a modular system, which allows the value of certain outposts (EG: fortified locations or housing districts) to provide value beyond simple material resources.

Changelog:
0.1 = Added credits as items
0.2 = Added credits to POI generation
0.3 = Added clutter obj and test recipes
0.4 = Added Food + Supply + Manufacturing recipes
0.5 = Added power transformer
0.6 = Added two militia agents
1.0 = Added all types, excluding Security and Knowledge. Will add later.
1.1 = Fixed tags for all credit types, can be traded properly now. Renamed Agriculture > FARMING ; Knowledge > INTEL ; Manufacturing > TECH.
1.2 = Fixed NODROP tag placed on all credit types. Derp. Also redacted Eska’s 2 new mine types cos my mod renders them obsolete.
1.3 = Added TWELVE different training packages, treated like medicine. Strength training (Militia), Cardio Training (Militia), Combat Conditioning (Militia), Empathy Training (Citizen), Education (Citizen), and Motivational Training (Citizen)
1.4 = Updated Milbase POI to include tech from 0.7.7
1.5 = Added Security station, to allow partial conversion of Security credits to a different type of credit.
1.6 = Removed INTEL credits (now either Tech or Citizen) and SECURITY credits (now Militia)
1.7 = Added power inverter, to turn on-base power generated into POWER credits. Added sprites for this and the power transformer. Greatly increased its build requirements.
1.8 = Added water tower and police station from vanilla
1.9 = Added dividers to recipe list, and a few more food and militia recipes
