Description:

Adds roughly 70 new map locations to fill out a city. Also changes vanilla POI icons to match.

Changelog:
1.0 = Added 70 new locations
1.1 = Added icon textures in 56×56 format to fit the bounding circle
1.2 = Fixed zoning to spread evenly
1.3 = Added dummy loot lists, to fix later
1.4 = Merged Vanilla POI Icon pack into this mod
