1.3: The main game has been balanced a bit, some of my changes are now obsolete:

– Removed the passive exp for fleet heroes, now fleet vs system heroes EXP has been balanced and is not needed.
– Removed the changes on last pacifist law, now works very different and is balanced.
– Trade routes have been balanced, so I discarded the changes I made to them.
– A few buildings got upgrades so I left the unmodded version. Also a other few minor adjustments.

This mod tries to balance the game, the main focus is star system improvements (buildings), the mod adjusts bonuses and costs of about 30 buildings for a more balanced and fluent experience.

Some adjustments, a bit of love to some dust buildings, less science percentage bonuses, changed into flat bonus.

The biggest changes are on the late-game buildings (Era IV and Era V), that seemed rushed with mediocre benefits.

Most unique buildings second effect is empire wide (IE: Dark Matter institute +10 science/anomalies applies in all empire planets with them).

Adjustments in political impact: halved the impact of ship battles and military ship building, that could lead to unwanted military opinions just by defeating pirates and building a fleet to survive. On the other side quest choices will have more impact in political opinion.
