Description:

Add new starts:

* Ruka (Squin). Start as Ruka.

* Beep (Mongrel). Beep

* Shinobi Thief (The Hub). Beginner Thief.

* Swamper (Shark). Use Swamper stats and skills (starts around 15).

* Empire Peasant (random start in Heng/Heft/Stoat). +15 Relation with Empire Peasants faction, only 100 cats.

* Wanderer x4 (one each for Mongrel, World’s End, Black Scratch, Drifter’s Last) Default start in new locations with expanded race options.
