Lowen (ASSIST)
Shoutouts to healing way too much HP and just never dying, finding out shortly after that you don’t have enough DPS

Lowen from Dragalia Lost enters Rivals of Aether as an assist! He’s exceptional at healing and even lowering the amount of knockback you take while you’re at it!
When activated, Lowen, equipped with the Squallruler, prepares to use Winds, Protect Us. When he uses this, not only is there a hitbox where he swings his staff upward, but he also grants a defense buff! This lowers your character’s knockback for a certain length of time — and even changing it keeps it lowered! He also applies an HP Regen effect, allowing for you to even heal while buffed!
