Lagging your viewmode for more realistic shooting animations

I do not own this mod, I just made some modifications to this mod, credit goes to the original author .
I made further customization on this basis and provided a menu
Changes are as follows:
Can be set to trigger only when aiming （mwbase,tfa,arccw,arc9）
Can set floating range, floating speed
Can set lagger reverse
Also works for tfa weapons (original mod does not work for tfa weapons when aiming)
Fix the problem of misalignment up and down when aiming
optimization
It is more recommand to use "[MW Unofficial] More Realism MW" than this for MWbase
