Fix Railway & Power Late Game 1.5.10
This mod aims to fix the late game unprofitability of railways. The problem originates from automobiles and telephones making transportation unwanted for pop needs. To fix this we try to make late railway pms better and power plants more widespread. Currently AI rarely builds them because their funding through the investment pool is prohibited (I assume this is not intendet). AI should be a bit better at making line go up now.
Electric trains power consumption reduced from 10 to 5.
Electric trains unskilled worker need reduced from 2000 to 1800.
Diesel trains oil consumption reduced from 10 to 5.
Diesel trains unskilled worker need reduced from 1500 to 1000.
Added funding of power plant construction to interventionism, laissez faire and cooperative ownership laws.
This mod is not compatible with other mods which change economic laws or infrastructure production methods.
