Coupleable CityTram (Alstom Citadis)

The built-in City Tram (Alstom Citadis), now coupleable up to 2 sets
(as operated in a dual / twin configuration in Casablanca, Rabat, Jerusalem, Tenerife, Tunis, Istanbul, Sydney, etc.)
As a result:
The maximal capacity of the CityTram has increased from 305 to 610
The maximal length of the CityTram is now a whopping 91.00m (Get your platforms ready!)
@Weird and Wry, might add this to the vanilla game? It’s two lines of .ini diff
