Digital Liquid Democracy
A digital liquid democracy is a voting system wherein the voters, with the use of information and communication technologies, directly vote on the proposals or delegate their votes to a delegate who votes on proposals. The voter can at any point change their delegate, delegates can be of different specializations, and the voter can always override one’s delegates vote.
