Description:

我只修改了“创建家族支系”决议的效果,和一个条件:
创建支系会直接创建一个全新的宗族,而不是分支家族
条件增加了一个家族族长必须有领地
其他所有东西都没改,例如AI也会用这个决议,AI用这个决议的意愿和几率等。
I only modified the effect of "Create Cadet Branch" decision,and a new condition:
If you use "Create Cadet Branch" decision,it would create a new dynasty,instead of a house or cadet branch,whatever you want to call it.
And,i add a new condition,that the head of the original dynasty must have property.
Everything else has not changed, for example, AI will also use this decision, AI’s willingness and probability to use this decision,and so on.

缺点是:
因为游戏的代码,我只能生成一个新人物和宗族,然后再把玩家角色移植过去,所以新宗族会有一个叫“randomguy”的人,他会直接死亡,所以不会影响游戏,只不过家族树多了一个人,并且宗族创建者是“randomguy”而已。
The bad thing is:
Because of the codding part,i can only generate a new character with a new dynasty,and than move our character into that new dynasty.So our new dynasty would have a guy called "randomguy",he would die as soon as we generated him,he wont affect the game,and of course this new dynasty’s founder would be him.
