More Real Chinese Name
之前看到有人做过中文姓名Mod，感觉不错，但个人认为还存在一个问题。

该mod中姓氏的出现是完全等概率的，无论是常见姓还是罕见姓，但现实中绝非如此——某些罕见姓可能一辈子都碰不到一次！
所以我对这个mod稍作修改，根据国家统计局发布的真实姓氏人口数量，对各姓氏的出现进行了优化。现在，姓氏的出现将根据实际的概率出现，违和感或许少一些。
本mod仅是在该mod的基础上修改了姓氏，名与该mod保持一致。
当然，这样做的代价就是本mod仅包含100余姓氏（其中有些的出现概率甚至仅0.1%！）。而且由于作者采用了无脑叠数量的方法来制造权重，实际上的“姓氏数”高达992个，这可能会降低与其他名称mod的相容性！所以如果说希望各姓氏都有可能出现的话，也可以考虑去用那个mod。

In this mod, all possible surname (which in Chinese traditions should be put at the first rather than at the end, so in this mod it is "first name" actually) will appear in EQUAL probability, which is definately against the real situation —- For some rare surname, you might not be able to meet one with that for the life being! Therefore, I made some modification on this mod which adjust the probability for surname according to real statistic data, making common surname more likely be generated and vise versa.
The first name of this mod remain the same as the original mod.
Well, this modification will lead to a result that only around 100 surname would be included in this mod (some of which even can have a probability of only 0.1% to appear!). Moreover, the author is actually making duplicate surname with different amount to make different probability, which means that the mod has "992" surname in total! If you still want to have more surname in your game, you can choose to use the original mod otherwise.
