Europe 154 x 129 (South) Modified
Nyxis Vestus released a map on the Steam Workshop, Europe 154 x 129 (South), which I used as the basis for the map in my Europe 2014 mod. For the Europe 2014 mod, I removed the Central Asian parts of the map in favor of expanding it toward the Atlantic (mainly because there weren’t enough player slots for Central Asian civs), but this map contains Central Asia again along with a tidbit of the Canary Islands.
I modified coastlines all over the map to improve geographical accuracy, and added islands and atolls any place I found appropriate. Some of the most notable coastline changes can be found in the Caspian Sea, Mediterranean Sea, and Baltic Sea. Also, many excess rivers I found in the original map were removed, and I shifted a great deal of the other rivers in order to have them fit accurately with my city placement.
Because I had to place cities very exactly latitude and longitude-wise for my Europe 2014 map, this should be one of the most geographically accurate maps of Europe on the Steam Workshop.
In the future, I will add TSL support to the map and release a separate version of this map within this mod, which will have resources allocated as they are on the Europe 2014 map.
