– Allows Water Passage for Naval Units and Cargo Ships. Yields: +1 Gold and + 1 Culture.
– +1 Culture and +1/2/3 Gold from adjacent Trading Posts, Villages, and Towns.
– PrereqTech: Gunpowder. Can only be built on completed Fort Improvements.
– Balance: -20% Combat Strength for Land Units; Naval Units cannot attack.
– Panama Canal World Wonder grants +2 Food and +2 Production to all Canal tiles.
