Model pack required for chapter Overhaul.

New Model:
– Citizens (they not appear in BMBS)
– Maintenance Jeep and Civil Transport Jeep (emergence of BMBS)
– Cafeteria workers (they not appear in BMBS)
– Clean Suit Scientist(they not appear in BMBS)
– Firefighters (they themselves do not appear in BMBS, but their vehicles do).
– Paramedics (similarly they do not appear in BMBS)
