This is just a little submod I threw together to make it possible to get the Minotaur Men-At-Arms as a Minotaur Cultist.

I made it for the idea that when the Minotaur Cultists get powerful enough, they can just straight up recruit them, because that seemed cool in my mind, but technically its available to anyone with Hircine as a pantheon deity. (I also edited the Minotaur faith to make Hircine a pantheon so it makes sense).

From there you have to either reform or diverge a culture and get yourself the tradition for it, I used some other MaA institutions as a guideline for that the tradition should give you on top of the minotaurs.
this will unlock the innovation, which you then have to use your cultural fascination to unlock the units themselves.

This is my way of making it so that its EXTREMELY unlikely the AI will do it all, and also because naturally they are super powerful, so having to put in quite a lot of effort and years into being able to get them made sense to me.

Balance not currently included, should be compatible with most things, but it does edit the Reach Faiths, so nothing that touches that.
