Summary’s Faction Wide – Horse Upgrade [DEI]
DESCRIPTION
This mod adjusts the Horse i, ii and iii bonuses from all the upgrade buildings to apply faction-wide and not just to the province the building is present within. This is especially useful when you have larger empires and don’t want to march for years just to get to a province with the building.
