Advanced Mini-Turret
Adds upgraded version of the mini-turret. Details are attatched as an image.
This is a lore friendly, not over powered, simple mod.
I don’t like existing turret mods for they add too many unnecessary or overpowered things to my game.
Let’s keep it simple.

from 76% 69% 44% 24%
to 77% 70% 45% 24%
2) Cost has decreased: 10 plasteel to 8 plasteel
3) Power consumption has decreased: 100w to 90w
