UK Semaphore Shunt Signal

In the UK, the mechanical equivalents of modern-day shunting signals are found as disc signals. The disc is painted white with a red horizontal band. They show "clear" by rotating through 45 degrees or so when pulled off so that the red band is angled. They display small red or green lights by night.

- Increased clearance between track and signal, preventing trains from clipping the signal when passing

- Replaced back side of disc to have a black bar, much like real-life
- Signals can now be placed both left and right sides of the track
- Added stacking signals (Up to 3). Only the bottom one will work as the game limits how many signals can be in one spot to just 1
