Railway Connection

This mod adds a special building called "Railway Connection", which is used to connect to the railroad network and consume transportation to add infrastructure to other states.
Specifically, the railway connection can consume local transportation to produce external transportation.
Railway connections can consume external transportation by production method "import transportation" provide infrastructure locally and provide small throughput and market access incentives to build rail networks.
The maximum level of rail connection for each state(updated each month) depends on the sum of the local railway building and the railway connection of all neighboring states.

本mod增加了特殊建筑“铁路连接”，作用是连接铁路网络和消耗运力给其它省份加基建。
具体来说，铁路连接可以消耗本地运力产出对外运力。对外运力可以全国同行。铁路连接可以用进口运力生产方式消耗对外运力为本地提供基建并提供小额吞吐量和接入度鼓励建设铁路网络。
每个省份的最大铁路连接(每月更新)取决于本地铁路建筑等级和所有邻居省份铁路连接等级之和
