Demi God Powerful
Adds 2 new traits Demi-God and Demi-God Decendent.
Demi-God is currently only obtainable in ruler creator. Demi-God Decendent is given to the direct children of Demi-Gods.
If both parents are Demi-God Decendents or Demi-Gods the child will have the Demi-God Decendent trait.
There is a 1% chance that the direct child of a single Demi-God or Demi-God Decendent will inherit the respective trait.
This is an insanely over powered version of the trait. I have uploaded a much more tame version of this trait below.

Both versions use the same information so switching between the two is just dependent on which version is active in your playlist. In saved games the benefits will just switch to the active version.
Right now all the benefits and drawbacks are visible so i can get balance feedback for the tame version of this trait but I plan on eventually making a few hidden but still present mainly the increased fertility span.
