tired of random serial killer event
so i fixed some flag of event which mean it should not happen
should be compatible with most mod due to only messing with serial killer event file only
1st times upload mod into workshop if there any problem u can notify me
planning to do court event that ally got deposed by heir which force him/her to be your footstool or imprison him/her and send to his/her heir.
