This sponsor has a lot of breakthroughs and can access all the sponsors buildings & tech during the playthrough via Global Support Tech.
It also includes a commander profile called the Orbites Researcher which gives you some additional breakthroughs and tech.

– Analyze 5 anomolies – 10 Drone Prefabs
– Build one of each factory – 1 Science Institute
– Analyze 2 Planetary anomolies – 10000 Research Points
– Build 2 Dome Spires – Super Conducting Breakthrough
– Generate 4000 Daily Research Points – Random Wonder
