IMPORTANT FOR SLAVERY: slaves sometimes dissapear during loads and always as far as i know when you import you game

just make three saves of your game or more to be sure and load each one till your slaves are back again if that doesnt work exit kenshi and try loading again slaves usully dont show up if you load autosaves i find but actual saves you’ve made and named they usully do hope this helps
ALSO if the slave dialoge sometimes glitches i.e the orders for go workmines fields ect dont show up just knock the slave out put them back in their cage and it should be back to normal when they wake up.

buildings like forge etc dont require power most building are availible from the start via the CANNIBAL BUILDINGS BLUEPRINT IN ONE OF YOUR CHARACTERS INVENTORY

the cannibals walls are only scraps of iron (makeshiftwalls and gates) and their crossbows are mounted atop wooden platforms ( you have to place the bow platform first then build the makeshift wall around it for the crossbows to work properly)

you start off with two slaves from the empire the residents of the scrap villages in the top MIDDLE left of the map build up your power attack and enslave them their relations are set to hostile

Notes: YOU start a pet iron spider it has altered strengh and a shop keepers bag for an inventory and as your Squad Start off with scavenger baskets you should load them with supplies then put them in ironspiders inventory its designed as a pack beast.
