Description:

Configurable mechanitor bandwidth from mechlinks, band nodes, and related apparel – implemented via def-based patches through C# and HugsLib mod settings, and Harmony for overriding band node bandwidth behavior.

Load after all mods adding or modifying mechanitor behavior – should be compatible with all mods except *maybe* those which modify band node behavior.
