Fog Hounds Rebalanced ‘n’ Reintegrated
It’s been five years since an update. Lets give these puppies the love they deserve.
Fog Hounds now appear anywhere Fogmen do, including patrols, raids, and invasions.
They’ve also received some significant balance changes as detailed below.

> Added Immunity to Acid
> Max/Min Speed Skill slightly increased by 10
> Blood rate lowered to match Fogmen at 0.2
> Combat stats reduced from 35 to 20
> Max Blood reduced to 150
> Added Vampirism so limbs can be saved for later
> Animal Strength lowered from 45 to 35
> Dexterity multiplier increased from 1 to 1.1
> Blood Smell multiplier reduced from 4 to 2
> Blood Smell threshold reduced from 5 to 2
> Squad Sizes widened from 4/7 to 2/8
> Armor penetration reduced from 0 to -0.3
