add more foot squire variations for bretonnia, Foot Squire(sword and shield) and Foot Squire(polearm).

beastslayers of bastonne’s polearm changed fancy halberd of empire, but only cosmetic change.

vanilla foot squire’s recruitment building is moved to tier 3 barrack.
