Moonlight Greatsword from Fromsoft’s Soulsbourne series of games, as a Darkest Dungeon trinket.

Pass a week and it will be in the Jeweller shop for 100 shards.

Note: do not actually equip this on Leper. Give it to a "mage" with low base damage, who you want to output solid damage.
