If you’re in a Minecart (Including The Holy Rail’s Track Torpedo) or Boat and hit the world edge, you will automatically travel to the next island in that direction.
Works underground as well. HOWEVER, if there’s rocks on the other side, you WILL be spawned in them. You can mine your way out (Hold a torch to find yourself) but it’s up to YOU to build the proper infrastructure. Continuing the rails on the other side. If you are unsure where to build, I recommend using a rail to travel to the next world, then place rails where you spawn in at.
