Rebalanced – ВНИИЯХ (Technical University)

All work on the uilding model and base was done by Tesmio! I only changed the output value.
The original produced 58t of chemicals, which i found to be rather broken when compared to vanilla or other workshop chemical factories. This rebalance attempts to remedy this and also adds a pipe connection. Rebalanced version produces 14t, still more than vanila and other industries.

"The All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Plant Protection Chemicals was established by order of the State Committee of the Council of Ministers of the USSR on Chemistry of September 29, 1962 on the basis of the Department of Insectofungicides NIUIF (Scientific Institute for Fertilizers and Insectofungicides). This decision was based on the decisions of the 21st and 22nd Congresses of the CPSU on the development of chemical industries, in particular, branch science in the field of fertilizers and chemical plant protection products for agriculture in the USSR in order to create new more effective pesticides. As a result, VNIIKhSZR became the coordinating structure for research work in the field pesticides in the chemical industry system. In fact, this enterprise, under the stamp of strict secrecy, was engaged in the production of pesticides not only for plants. But that is another story.
Consumes wood, crops, oil, produces chemicals. A significantly more productive building than the vanilla factory. Requires 140 employees and 230 research assistants (engineers)."
