Unlimited Elector Counts Units
This mod allows you to recruit as many Elector Counts units as you like, but you still need to control the corresponding Elector Count. ‘ recruitment pool.
Only works for new save!!!
This is a startpos mod, so it will conflict with all other startpos mods.
