Russian Escalation 2035 (Redux)
This Mod 100% Vanilla
This is a somewhat simple retexture using the vanilla assets from apex and contact to build a Modern Russian Force capable of going toe to toe with other vanilla factions in Arma 3 without looking like alien bugmen (well maybe just a little).
According to Armawiki lore Russia is a fence sitter in the political spectrum abstaining from full membership with CSAT and keeping trade ties strong with east and west alike, this has led to the Russian Federation becoming a Financial Superpower only dirtying their hands when it comes developing and selling weapons to CSAT or infilitrating the borders of western neighbours when they get ‘Too big for their boots’
Though not as numerous as NATO or CSAT, Russia has put their money into heavily updating the personal equipment and effectiveness of the soldier. Russia has always had a reputation for effective and large Armoured divisions and that doctrine is still practiced today, while the older T100 series of MBT is still in use the 6th generation T14 series is manufactured in massive quantities. While Rotary Air vehicles are still widely used, The new Manchurian VTOL is slowely but surely being introduced in respectable numbers.
