Description:

4 houses designed in the 50-60s, nicknamed "Khrushchevki". They were built all over the USSR. A special feature of the mod is that these are not just assets, but buildings that can attract inhabitants. Read the description before proceeding to use the mod.

Features of the mod:
  • 4 soviet panel houses converted and adapted for Transport Fever 2, with the permission of the original authors from Cities: Skylines.
  • Wide functionality of the mod, including generation of inhabitants (more details – below). The buildings themselves can be found in the scenery section, in the "VKMC" section
  • Available since 1955.

Functions of the objects:
  • Generation of residents and cars – Yes, yes! At last you will get the first mod with Khrushchevkas, which are not just decorations, but can function as full-fledged houses. Just pay attention: in order for the house to attract people, it must be connected by paths with city roads. And if you want it to attract cars – you will need to choose a variant of the house with its own street (about this below), and join this street to the rest roads.
  • House capacity – You can choose not only whether the house will spawn people and cars, but also how many people and cars it will spawn. In this way you can populate entire neighbourhoods.
  • Levelling the ground – A nice and handy feature that will allow you to level the ground under a large house.
  • Ground texture – You can choose whether the texture under the house will be gravel, asphalt or no texture at all.
  • Roads – As it is written in the function description, they are needed to generate residents. You can choose between narrow paths leading to entrances, a small street or a middle street. By choosing one of the latter two – you will provide not only a magnet for people, but also for traffic.

Important info:
  • In the mod, you can not simultaneously use small paths leading to the house, and levelling the ground. This is due to the fact that there are several paths, when you try to level the ground under them an error occurs in the game.
  • You can only attract people to houses if you have created paths or roads for the houses and connected them to the road network. You can only attract and generate cars using the streets with roadbeds selected in the menu and connecting them to the road network in the same way.
  • Models and textures of houses do not belong to us, we can not improve or change them. You don’t look a gifted horse in the mouth.
  • You can make changes to an already built house, just like other buildings that support this feature. But we advise you to completely remove the house and build again to avoid bugs.
