40% virtue base chance
Modification changes the value of base virtue chance increasing it from 25% up to 40%. (affliction chance decrease from 75 down to 60)
It’s not affect any caps, so you can increase/decrease it by quirks, trinkets or whatever till it’s original caps(5% and 99% as well).
A few years ago I used a similar modification, alas it’s not available anymore, so I decided to create it myself.
If anyone need any other values for some reason, you can ask me to create it (35% for example).
