Public Order Difficulty Level
Instead of just giving you some extra public order this mod revalues the public order from what difficulty level you are playing.
Only affects the player. Save game compatible.
+4 on easy (was +1).
+2 on normal (was 0).
0 on hard (was -2).
-2 on very hard (was -4).
-4 on legendary (was -8).
