50% increased unit upkeep
This mod simply increases unit upkeep on the campaign level for each difficulty, human and AI by a set percentage.
I uploaded versions for 50%, 100% and 150% increases. Should work for vanilla and all mods. Does not touch actual unit values, just the campaign.
