"Reflect lasers !"
This is a new passive item which can be found in the treasure room.
With this item Isaac has a chance to reflect lasers (brimstone shots are lasers) !
Each time he reflects some, sunglasses has a chance to crack, this reduce the chance to reflect lasers, but gives you a permanent damage up.
Each time it reflects lasers, it also has a chance to hurt isaac without taking health away, which can trigger item which activate when taking damage (like Dull Razor).
It also has a really small chance to reflect tears. This is affected by luck, but sunglasses can’t crack when reflecting a tear.
