Climate Adaptation – Dynamic Climate Icon

Thanks to Alex Zhao for making Climate Adaptation and its Faster Version , I made a submod that can dynamically display the color of the climate icon.
This mod has added a circle UI with 7 colors to replace the original regional climate color circle, allowing it to change with turns. In addition to the original three colors, there are also four transitional colors between red, yellow, and green.
When occupying a red town, the color circle of the climate icon will gradually change from red to yellow and finally to green with the degree of climate adaptation, to visually display the degree of climate adaptation.
Compatible with old files.
