Description:

I was really fed up with the fact that economy in AoC didn’t make much sense and it made the AI become bancrupt and starving everywhere (because it refused to build the money and food-making buildings).

Changes:

– fields provide less money but more food,
– court/noble’s hall/ main settlement building provides tax bonus,
– church/alcazar main settlement building provides bonus to income from culture,
– church schools and madrasas provide income from culture,
– monasteries and mosques provide minor research bonus,
– military ports now cause squalor,
– fish jetties provide income but also minor squalor,
– hospices/bimaristans/springs now provide public order bonus + better troop replenishment,
– trade cities now provide increased commerce wealth bonus and basic income from trade,
– mines now provide negative public order effect rather than squalor,
– siege workshops now cause minor squalor,
– removed food consumption of barracks and mead halls,
– increased food consumption of courts (palaces) and long halls,
– a few buildings like olive press,food trader, blacksmith etc. now provide income or have modified stats.

Now AI is able to field more armies and perform better because they have more food and money. At the same time, the player has equal chances and can enjoy a more reasonable economy.
