Stable Rome East
Update December 11, 2018:
Provides a factionwide +15 Public Order Bonus, +15% Tax Rate Bonus, and a -15% Unit Upkeep Cost Bonus to Eastern Rome.
The Tax Rate and Unit Upkeep Cost bonuses provide additional help to the Eastern Roman Empire, as I felt the Public Order Bonus alone was not doing enough to keep them alive. I also did not want to add Unit Attack, Defense, Morale, etc bonuses because I didn’t want to affect the battle map for the player’s sake.
Designed not as a cheat mod, but to help keep AI WRE alive longer so that they don’t fall apart in 10 years.
I tested the updated mod 3 times on easy and very hard using no other mods except this one and the ERE survived, although in decline, 100 turns in. Additional mods and random chance will naturally affect their ability to survive on a campaign to campaign basis.
