More AI Colonizing
This mod makes the AI prioritize Colonization to a much greater degree. This mod is different from other AI Colonization mods because the prioritization isn’t weighted to an absurd extreme, to avoid the "African factions race to colonize Northern Europe" situation. Additionally, Faction Personalities impact the prioritization of colonization.
Update: After some testing, using only this mod, I felt that the AI was still colonizing with reckless abandon. I have reduced the multiplier by half, to 5x.
