HON Acropolis Class Dreadnought [12-13 Slot]
Description : Part of my "Core Breaching Dreads" where I want something tanky enough to survive the first leap into the core without it being an end game ship. RIA had the Veracity, and though HON aren’t that armour tanky, I thought of making them a physically tough ship. So the ship is slower/less maneuverable compared to the HON lineup, but shouldn’t evaporate if the shields drop. Made from Titanium so you can early build it if you like. Its near the end of a 12 slot, and frameworks will push it up to 13 slot if filled in.
Lore: Though typical Doctrine for HON utilized speed and maneuverability, a new class of ship was deemed neccesary as a more solidified front or siege vessel to take the hits of other ships. A powerful dreadnought was designed to be the shield of a fleet. The Acropolis Class Dreadnought uniquely fills a slot so far not utilized with the HON only further giving honour and favour to those deemed worthy of these flying cities.
