Cernunnos still has teeth: two full-sized coaxial artillery mounts, as well as a full array of well-placed offensive and defensive weapons. The inner ring maintains a constant 1.1G, thanks to the magic of modern gravitational field generators, and can house hundreds of crew for dozens of years.
Annwn’s Skies is a tribe of nomadic scavengers and traders famous for their prowess behind the helm and creativity in tactics, utilizing ships with less mass–and more speed–to overwhelm often superior forces. Their shipyard wanders from star to star endlessly, and has for dozens of generations.
