This addon was originally released on garrysmod.org for Gmod 11 + 12 by TLEADER. I have fixed it to work for Garry’s Mod 13, plus some new features! You can find the original upload here[www.garrysmod.org].

To use, put your crosshair in front of an NPC to see their name and health. It also shows the name/health of many other numerous things.

npchp_showbar (1/0) – Toggle HP bar altogether
npchp_healthtext (1/0) – Show text over the actual bar
npchp_shownpcname (1/0) – Show name over health
