Feel free to see the new Video Tutorial up top! It should help you get everything set up! It just takes a couple minutes. Also make sure you aren’t in Game when you attempt to download, otherwise Nothing will happen. Steam’s in-game browser cannot handle downloads.
These addons marked as required are optional, but are quite essential to have and are encouraged to subscribe to them as well!

Greetings! I’m back with a new Pack, This time with more building Goodies! Introducing… Steventechno’s BuildingPack! As of right now, the Content is somewhat Limited, as I am not sure of what all to add, but let’s go over the features.
Roads! There are multiple sizes available, Turn Flatgrass into a City of awesome! Single Wide, Double wide and now Highway roads available!
There are 3 Apartments currently. Not alot but just these three could house enough players.
There are 2 clubs, Read in the Manual for more details.
There are 6 shops, PC shop, Gun Shop, Gas StopStore,Bank,Garage and Office..
There are 6 City Buildings. I’ll get around to adding more later on

New empty Lots! There are three sizes, so there are now some empty lots for building the good old way. Never stop building! Next up: SkyScrapers. Don’t forget to update your Spawnlist. New Easy Install method available! It’s recommended over the old version for the amount of Time saved. I’ll continue to update the Zip though. For now at least.

Update: 03/10/16: Added a new building, it’s a small school building, and updated spawnlist to include new stuff Download and replace the old one now!
