Play songs from your computer keyboard:

This instrument is designed around your computer keyboard to be as simple and efficient to play songs as possible.

Simple and informative visual control feedback:

Simultaneously view the color-coded mapping of your computer’s keyboard and the same keys labeled on a piano

Tons of customization, all automatically saved + loaded:

Many Settings can be configured and will automatically be saved and loaded.
Settings are broken up into categories:

Change your key by choosing the root note and 1 of the 7 modes

Change the instrument (including piano, guitar, vocals, synth and more) and volume of your bass, chords, and notes independently of one another

Change the root, shape and bass note of each of the 12 chords mapped on the left section of the keyboard

Change the beats per minute(BPM) and the rate that your bass, chords, and notes repeat at relative to the bpm

Access a third-party website to view over 30,000 songs in game (chromium install required)

Manually save or load your settings in case the auto save/load fails. Or reset the configurations by the categories listed above

In-game you can access the unaffiliated website https://www.hooktheory.com/theorytab to learn songs.
You will need to install Garry’s Mod Chromium for this particular aspect of this mod to work, but everything else besides the website will work with or without installing chromium.
How to install chromium:

  1. Close Garry’s Mod
  2. Right click on Garry’s Mod from your steam library and choose ‘Properties…’
  3. Select ‘BETAS’ at the left of the pop-up window that appears
  4. Choose ‘x86-64 – Chromium + 64-bit binaries’ from the drop down menu
  5. Garry’s Mod will ‘update’ to install this beta and will then be ready to play.
