Findable under Weapons Tab–>Other->O.M.N.I Cutter

LeftMouseHold=Weld open door or damage things

Features:
-Auto refils
-Damages things (12 DMG per tick)
-Display displaying fuel (ammo)
-Probably not haunted
-Unlocks doors
