This adds Ace Extended Arsenal compatability for Specialist Military Arms (SMA) decluttering a major portion of the arsenal where that is applicable.

IMPORTANT: Ace Extended Arsenal is known to not work well with limited arsenals.

Feel free to pack this with your units core/misc mod.
