Simple port and rework of the already existing abdication decision from my Better Rhomaioi mod.
Posting this as a standalone mod for a larger mod project I’m working on.

Current version: Version 1.0 for "Peacock v1.11.3"
The decision is only for feudal and clan rulers.

• Feudal rulers must be a King or higher in rank
• Clan rulers must be a Duke or higher in rank
• Must have a fatal trait or something making them incapable of ruling a realm. (Includes if ruler is old in age)
• Feudal ruler heirs must be of the same dynasty in order to abdicate
• Clan ruler heirs must be their own children
